We are a registered B2B export business dealing in dried spice commodities — including Turmeric Powder, Dried Turmeric Fingers, Dry Ginger Powder, and Dry Ginger Flakes — supplying buyers in the Middle East, European Union, South-East Asia, and the United States of America.

2.2 Actual product specifications for any specific shipment are confirmed through a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued per lot. Published website specifications are indicative and not a contractual guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing.

2.3 Product images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on crop season, origin, and drying method.

2.4 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product listing at any time without prior notice.

3. Enquiries & Quotations

3.1 Submitting an enquiry through our Contact / Enquiry Form does not constitute a binding order or contract.

3.2 A binding commercial transaction is only created upon:

• Issuance and acceptance of a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) signed by both parties, and
• Receipt of confirmed payment (Advance TT) or an accepted Letter of Credit (LC)

3.3 All quotations issued by SP Enterprises are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

3.4 Prices quoted are subject to change based on commodity market rates, freight costs, and currency fluctuations until a formal PI is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 All payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the Proforma Invoice.

4.2 Standard payment methods accepted:

• Telegraphic Transfer (TT) — Advance payment before shipment
• Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight — Issued by a reputed bank acceptable to SP Enterprises

4.3 No payment information is collected through this website. All payment details are communicated directly and securely via official business correspondence.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 All shipments are made on FOB Nhava Sheva (Mumbai), India basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) terms are available upon request for shipments to the Middle East, European Union, South-East Asia, and the United States.

5.3 SP Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, freight carrier delays, or events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure clause below).

5.4 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer at the point of shipment in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

6. Quality & Claims

6.1 All goods are exported with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming key quality parameters for that specific lot.

6.2 Any quality claim or dispute must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by an independent laboratory analysis report from an accredited lab at the destination.

6.3 Claims made after this period or without supporting lab documentation will not be entertained.

6.4 Our maximum liability in any quality dispute is limited to the invoice value of the disputed goods in that shipment.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of SP Enterprises and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, this website, or any commercial transaction initiated through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
